I was definitely taken back by the way that the lady in the office talked to me. I called to cancel my subscription. I submitted it online and three or four days later they charge me for my monthly subscription after I already canceled online. They did not call me when they got my submission or anything so I called to tell them I already canceled and get my money refunded and she was quite snotty about refunding the money. She told me that she does not work at night and she does not stay up through the night looking for submissions to Come in. I have been a customer with them for more than eight years. I was planning on canceling just for the summer months because I’m not using it and continue in the fall time but now I’m taking a double thought of it because of how rude the customer services when you call Not impressed Do better

Gary Sloan is a major slacker. He needs to do some maintenance on his vacuums - always broken or barely work. Not giving him my money anymore.

Great service and super clean vehicle, even with the basic wash. But the BATH is the best. A place I'll take all my trucks and cars.

Just tried to go on my lunch break. Very busy and signs were confusing so I made a wrong turn and had to drive around the customers and workers. Not one but TWO workers threw their hands up at me screaming you can’t go this way….obviously I knew I made a mistake. Having two employees throwing hands up and giving me attitude and dirty looks? Unacceptable coming from a business owner. I will take my trucks and vans to be washed elsewhere after this encounter. Hire people that have good attitudes.

I use this place frequently and always get attentive service and good quality results for the price. But today in particular, the service was exceptional. I came to Squeaky Clean and unfortunately while I was vacuuming out my car, I got locked out (with my phone and wallet also inside the vehicle). The staff could not have been more helpful. Brandon not only helped me send a service request to AAA, he gave me periodic updates on their arrival, and offered me a free bottle of cold water to have while I waited outside in the hot sun. It was a stressful situation but his kindness and compassion were extremely appreciated. I will continue to get my car cleaned at this location because the staff is amazing and great at their job.
